The Toques Blanches Lyonnaises have been in existence since 1936. Almost 100 chefs come together to share their passion for their trade: cooking.
The association is always led by great chefs such as Paul Blanc, Marius Vettard, Roger Roucou, Pierre Orsi and, today, Guy Lassausaie.
It works to promote the cuisine of Lyon and the region, regional produce, professional training and friendship among chefs.
